History
{'text': 'The Negroni is closely associated with Camillo Negroni and bartender Fosco Scarselli at Florence’s Caffè Casoni shortly after World War I. The Oxford Companion places the emergence of the named drink between the end of the war and October 1920, when it appears in surviving correspondence. The often-repeated exact year 1919 is a traditional date, not a securely documented creation day.', 'status': 'RESEARCH_TEXT_FINAL_HISTORY_APPROVAL_PENDING'}
