Strawberry purée, delicate white tea, lemon and thyme become a lightly sparkling, aromatic garden-style refresher.
At a Glance
Strawberry and white tea brightened by thyme, lemon and soda.
Creator & Origins
Strawberry, lemon and thyme appear in existing non-alcoholic infusions, and thyme-syrup spritzes are established. This Mixology recipe combines them with measured white tea and strawberry purée; no documented historical creator or exclusive originality is asserted.
The Mixology View
The tea should support the strawberry without adding bitterness, and thyme should be aromatic rather than medicinal. Fine-strain the purée, add soda after shaking and serve immediately. Expected flavour only; not physically tasted.
