Blueberry and lemon lead a violet highball, with a measured culinary rosemary infusion and soda giving a restrained botanical finish.

A blueberry-lemon highball with subtle rosemary and sparkle.
Creator & Origins
Blueberry, rosemary, lemon and sparkling water appeared in published mocktails before this draft, including a reported 2024 restaurant drink. The Mixology version uses pasteurized blueberry juice and measured rosemary-water infusion; no exclusive flavor-combination claim is made.
The Mixology View
Rosemary is easier to specify as a culinary infusion than the held juniper recipe, but it can still overpower berry. Keep the infusion light, the lemon fresh and the soda cold. This is a reasoned desk assessment, not a taste test.
