This modernized old-school cocktail makes a great summer drink for the cottage or at the bar.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients (except club soda & cherry brandy), and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass, fill with club soda and float cherry brandy. h then pour into a chilled goblet or hurricane glass.
*Try some vanilla or chocolate ice cream and discover something completely different.
