| 2 oz | Rum - White |
| 2 oz | Rum - Dark |
| 1/2 oz | Juice - Lime |
| 1/4 oz | Brandy - Apricot |
| 2 dash | Bitters - Angostura |
| 1/2 tsp | Rum - 151 Proof |
| 1 | Pineapple - Wedge |
| 1 | Mint - Fresh Sprig |
| Instructions | |
| Pour white rum, dark rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, apricot brandy, and bitters into a shaker two-thirds full of ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a ice-filled Hurricane glass. Float 151 proof Rum on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a teaspoon. Don’t mix!! Garnish with fruit or put it back and watch the colors appear. |
