| 6 oz | Champagne |
| 1 dash | Juice - Lemon |
| 1 dash | Juice - Black Currant |
| 1 | Peach - Slices |
| Instructions | |
| Peel, pit and puree the peach (use Peach Nectar instead of puree). Pour puree into a chilled champagne flute, and then add lemon juice. Add a dash of black currant juice or grenadine for color. Slowly adding champagne or chilled sparkling wine (dry), stirring gently. Garnish with peach slice. |
