Irish Cowboy
Description
The crème de menthe adds a lot to the mix, and the Bailey's truly softens the whiskey bite, but this is still a whiskey-based concoction.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz	Whiskey - Irish
1 tbsp	Liqueur - Irish Crème
1 tbsp	Liqueur - Crème de Menthe

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake like a madman (or woman) and immediately strain into a chilled glass - large shot or small old-fashioned. Serve at once as not to loss the cloudiness of the mixture.
