Oil Spill
Description
2004 Drink of the Year. An interesting juxtaposition of textures, tastes and colors. This cocktail actually looks like a crude oil spill has occurred

Ingredients
1 oz	Vodka
1 oz	Liqueur - Crème de Cacao - White
1 oz	Milk
1 oz	Rum - Dark

Instructions

Fill a old-fashioned glass with ice. Layer vodka, white crème de cacao and mild. Pour dark rum over the back of a spoon, to give the effect of an oil spill.
